Pricing and Payments

All prices on TSJ Digital Boutique’ website (https://shoptsj.com) are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) unless stated to be otherwise but are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are correct when published. The price you pay is fixed at the time of ordering. TSJ Digital Boutique reserves the right to alter prices at any time.

We accept payment by credit card via PayPal. We do not record your credit card details and PayPal is a trusted and secure gateway payment. All credit card and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by us and our bank to maintain security and prevent fraud. PayPal provides information on currency exchange rates on a checkout page if your currency is different to New Zealand Dollars. Please take it into consideration before placing an order.

We must receive the whole payment for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you provide in your order form. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct. Items will then be print-to-order and dispatched once payment has been received.


Availability & Out of Stock

All items on TSJ Digital Boutique’s website are subject to availability. We will inform you if the goods you have ordered are not available.


Cancellation Policy

Once order has been confirmed we cannot cancel the sale. Please choose wisely before completing the sale.


Shipping

TSJ Digital Boutique offers several shipping methods for its customers. The list of available methods depends on a country where the customer is based. Delivery times are shown during the order process. Customers can select shipping with or without tracking based on their own preference. Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently. It means they may be delivered at a different time.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product delivery address is correct. TSJ Digital Boutique takes no responsibility for any product a customer does not receive because of errors in the delivery address given to us. Please provide a physical street address – we’re not able to deliver to a P.O. Box. We currently ship around the world.

International shipping may be subject to customs fees. Please be aware that TSJ Digital Boutique does not have any control over duties, customs and taxes applied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.


Returns

Digital goods including Lightroom presets, e-books and video courses cannot be returned or refunded. All sales for digital goods are final.

TSJ Digital Boutique does not offer refunds or credit notes on change of mind purchases. At the moment, we don’t offer size exchange service, so please read size guides on product pages and choose size wisely before completing the sale. If you have any questions about products, sizes or ordering process, please fill free to contact us by completing this form or via email.

We stand by the products we make, and we believe in quality. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us using this form or send email.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will be not accepted as faulty. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

The customer can find the return address on a receipt. For returns, please use tracked postage as TSJ Digital Boutique will not be held liable for goods lost in transit. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed). All garment tags must be still attached to the item.

Once the item has been received it will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, we will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available, we will offer you either a TSJ Digital Boutique credit or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. We will contact you to confirm this. If there are signs that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.
